| Going on with the dates/umbers thing from the previous post...09-29-2009...92929...I thought it was unique... I guess it's also because I had a rather interesting day! I wouldn't call it a revelation but definitely got some answers from the Good Book! Yet another story that I will keep to myself for now! Guess I am not much of a blogger! Then again, I mainly use Xanga as a chronological process of events for myself. All I need is a set of key words within the entry, and my memory cells will recall the rest! Can't wait for the NBA Season to start!!! GO LAKERs!!! |

| Let's see...feeling a bit nostalgic after writing an e-mail to one of my HS friends... Thinking back all these years, it's been more than a decade since HS. It's been 8 years since 9/11/2001. (I was actually trying to post before midnight but e-mails got in the way.) I could remember my college roommate, Chuck, waking me up in the morning (after a night of 'owning' people in Counter-Strike) and telling me a plane crashed into one of the Twin Towers. At first, I thought he went crazy and made up an outrageous story since we hadn't slept and had been on the computer for so long; I probably went to bed around 4AM, but he stayed up. It was insane when we watched the 2nd plane crashed into the other Tower. I thought about waking my other roommates, but I was not sure what happened after we saw the towers collapse. Only thing I could recall was that Chuck and I decided to be Counter-Terrorists (in Counter-Strike) for that coming week after that morning. I read the article on Yahoo (Why 09/09/09 Is So Special) the other day; I find numbers interesting so I enjoyed that piece! Anyhow, it has been a really weird year so far, and we still have another quarter to go after this month! I cannot imagine what may happen next. At least nothing too out of the ordinary (negatively) happened on 9/9/09 or 9/11/09! I want to write more and actually conclude with something profound (like Jerry's Final Thoughts...hee hee), but it's getting late and I think I will just keep it to myself for now! |
